i'm so happy to hear the damage wasn't as bad as they thought and that there's no worsening infection!  that's fantastic news.  do your bandage changes on time, watch for infection and don't miss a dose of antibiotics.  yes i know, nag nag nag, can't help it, it's the mom in me.  i'll keep you in my prayers for a full and speedy recovery!
