Greedy, I wear boots when I ride on the highway but it gets uncomfortable to be in boots in the office.  Too much time on my feet, even though the wings (cuz I AM an angel [sm=flying.gif]) help to keep some of the weight off the ground and off my feet.  Hmmmm...perhaps a picture of the boots I like to wear?

holly, since you are in recovery, I won't pick on you too much.  But yes, I know a doo-rag is not a helmet...I also wear one of those when I am on the highway.  Perhaps a picture of that too would help my case?  I'll put it next to the boots and the leather gloves that you see me wearing in the pic.  [&:]

No, my time for my mid-life crisis would have been when I left the ex 9 years ago.  She thought I was doing it because I wasn't getting fucked (which I wasn't) and would soon be buying a Corvette and...how did she put it?  Oh yeah..."fucking all those sick, twisted whores who think like you do...that spanking a woman and telling her what to do is O.K. instead of recognizing it for the abuse it is." 

Actually, the bike is my reward to myself after 9 years of child support and paying off the tax debt that I got as part of my "compensation" package.

Besides...I look GOOD on a bike[;)]

Awesome idea....

Jim mentioned it actually. The doctor felt it was not needed at this point. A visiting nurse was here yesterday and is due again every day for the next week to change the packing. I tried to do it myself but it is too hard with one hand. Hopefully by the time i see Dr Doom (who, btw, is really pretty darn awesome!) he will cancel the nursing and say the packing is not needed. I am looking forward to making this a distant memory!!!!!!!

i know the repacking sucks and feels weird, but really, let the nurses take care of that as long as necessary.
