Greedy, I wear boots when I ride on the highway but it gets uncomfortable to be in boots in the office.  Too much time on my feet, even though the wings (cuz I AM an angel ) help to keep some of the weight off the ground and off my feet.  Hmmmm...perhaps a picture of the boots I like to wear?

holly, since you are in recovery, I won't pick on you too much.  But yes, I know a doo-rag is not a helmet...I also wear one of those when I am on the highway.  Perhaps a picture of that too would help my case?  I'll put it next to the boots and the leather gloves that you see me wearing in the pic.

Awesome idea....

Jim mentioned it actually. The doctor felt it was not needed at this point. A visiting nurse was here yesterday and is due again every day for the next week to change the packing. I tried to do it myself but it is too hard with one hand. Hopefully by the time i see Dr Doom (who, btw, is really pretty darn awesome!) he will cancel the nursing and say the packing is not needed. I am looking forward to making this a distant memory!!!!!!!
