NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, not the elec blankie!!!!! I tried to get Lumus to let get me one of the electric heating pads, you know the ones that go on the mattress and not over you? But he wouldn't let me....

And here's hoping you gets lots of rain, every little bit helps!

you'd think with 5 blankies, wheat bag, sheepskin mattress overly, flannel sheets, fluffy socks and flannel i'd still be warm. sigh.

rain is good. but it needs to wait til AFTER i've gotten in the building, not AS i'm getting out to or out of the car.

Status: offline 		  yep, takes an Aussie to understand that one!!! To most Yanks and Canucks, an electric blankie goes on top of the bed, not under. Yet in most typical Oz fashion, as my host-mom said when I asked about it... "well think for a tic, heat rises up, right? So why put it on top of you when it's just going to rise up and not ON you? Don' you Yanks know anything?"  (I can still hear Claire's voice to this day saying that....and I still laugh about it!)

Status: offline 		Good morning every one....electric blankets and pads really only work if youre sleeping alone....i swear, Master has some sort of internal coal-burning mechanism...about midway thru the night, im nekkid and uncovered and waaaaayyyyy the heck over on the other side of the bed...til he catches a chill and pulls me back by my collar....
