Jacksonville is a beautiful city at night. When standing on the west side of the river near the Main Street bridge looking towards the Jacksonville Landing, it's very pretty with the city's lights reflecting off the waters of the river. When on the Landing side of the river looking west, one catches the reflections of that half of the cities' buildings and walkways. The climate is the best I've found in Florida. It has its cold moments (briefly) and tropical moments (many more), but I went four months without having to raise the roof on my Jeep. Many days of '80s, a few in the '90s, but hardly any in the triple digits. (Unlike the desert ridge I'm living on now). It was a fun place to live.
