Status: offline 		This particular cop is one I work with.....apparently, I confuse him......long story, but the short answer is WRITE THE DAMN TICKET!  DUH!

Status: offline 		NO Holly, I didn't get the ticket......what confused them is what I told them when they run a license check on someone......they don't comprehend that "NO VALID LICENSE" AND "SUSPENDED" means that the idiot in question never HAD a license, and the state of AZ has suspended their driving privilges.  I tried to explain the the cop in question that you DON'T have to have a license to be suspended, and that the above response is NOT the same as an idiot who is in possession of a license, and that license has been suspended.

He said that me indicating that said idiot never had a valid license, with their privileges suspended is effecting what citations they write.....which ones are criminal and which ones are civil.  Like I said, a long story......but it still comes down to the same conclusion.......WRITE THE DAMN TICKET!!!!!  I know more about doing his job than he does...which isn't unusual, most dispatchers know their job, plus the cop's job......who do you think they ask the questions to when they get stumped?

Like I said...BOYS ARE DUMB!
