Neither, Celeste. It was a construction zone with the limit reduced to 15mph. However...the orange barrels were on the berm and there was no construction going on at all. I am pretty sure the normal speed limit was 50 or 55....

lol, that reminds me on my driving test once I passed it....where I had to go through such a zone but then apparently started too early to drive the normal limit again...and so my driving teacher asked the examiner how he now sees the situation (I am told that over in america you only have the examiner in the car, well, in Germany we have the driving teacher next to you during the exam and the driving instructor sits at the back).

However, whilst I thought towards my driving teacher "can't you just shut up?!" The driving examiner asked me to turn right, where I thought great...thats it once again

but instead he replied to my driving teacher "it's not the driving pupils fault when they place their signs in such a stupid way."

Gosh I loved him!!!

And was even more thrilled when I had him again (as you never know which examiner you get) when I did the driving licence for the motorbike soon later (though today I don't drive them anymore...am safer with 4 wheels

)

I thought I was going to get the day off today, but stoopidly volunteered to help put together lamps & a bookcase. I feel badly because Harry has Parkinson's & is starting to have some real problems with it, so he's not able to put stuff together like that.

Am ok but just have to get serious about my studies

now...Monday is approaching fast now all of a sudden..

however, on the plus side the revise session at uni yesterday gave me confidence that I do know what they were talking about...so I am on the right track with my learning and should manage to get there...

on top of it a friend offered me to pick me up again as she did last year....to ensure I don't get lost (well I know the way to Uni but exam we have in a church -yep, they give us every help we might need, even the spiritual one- where we had exam already 2 years ago...but I have no clue where it is....I always get there with my uni mates and in the first year we met at a train station and then got there and last year she picked me up and will now do it again this year...bless here...

I am just awful now to cope with stresslevels and so I am glad she does not put me through the stress to find my own way there..

so I will be much better once it is over...following which we (my 3 main friends from uni and I) go to a tapas bar (we always have lunch together after the exam, became our lovely routine) and indulge ourselves.

So I live in hope to pass it as according to the revision it is not rocket science and it is not that difficult either...its just boring and dull to read

However, nevertheless I better have a go at it now before it will be tooooo late

Yep, holly...Celeste is right......if the workers aren't there, then it's regular speed limit time.....the idjit cop should have known this.....go to court, fight the sucker......and as long as you get the registration renewed, that ticket should just drift off in the wind....it's like a blown light...fix it and it is dismissed.
