Well - I have this stack of boxes that has been in almost every part of the basement as we have slowly finished it off. I only got the bookcases last year. The doc changed my mood meds last week and now I want to do things around the house. Also, the in-laws are supposed to be here in April for the Princess' birthday. They haven't been here for 3 years and haven't seen the major changes so my goal is to have the pile gone and that section of the basement up and running. I think I got rid of 12 boxes today. I feel sorry for my garbagemen .......

send the boxes here, thanks, kid is moving out in less than a fortnight. probably need 3-4 for clothes alone. she THINKS she's gonna leave the rest of her stuff for me to sort. hah! she'll move it all to the attic or it'll get tossed. sigh.

I need to sort through my personal library (anyone want a Quran?) but I am putting that off until I get back from Austin. Speaking of which...I am leaving today to get to Austin to spend time with Lizard. I have a parent/vice principal/teacher conference about dealing with the said teenager. With her grades, I feel that she is not going to NYC with the rest of her classmates. Hopefully we will get the money back from the trip (to spend in Hot Topic for the goth in her). I also need to take her to the doctor for some knee and back trouble. BTW...MY DAFFODILS ARE BLOOMING!!! (caps are intended)

Made it to Austin and got some ebay work done. Got to get a new ethernet card for the good computer (this one is a POS that used to have ME and was upgated with good intention but has a system 32 problem. Now, if Camilla wants to have a drink (I will stick to winecoolers or spriters), with SXSW happening, I am sure some fun could be had.

Good morning...someone got a nuclear device that I can use for my daughter's bedroom? It is so dirty I cannot see where to step. BTW, Lizard's cat is crazy...she thinks that she can chase air... I did a air kiss at her and she looks starled...

I will even take a snowplow at this place...she is blaming her dad for throwing things into the bedroom...(she leaves stuff in the living room and he was only cleaning up the mess).

Put a hamper or clothes bag or whatever you use in the door and pick up all the dirty clothes and put them in it. Take it to the laundry area and start a load. Does she need a special container for hair accessories? You may need to start reminding her that things go back in their place when she is done with them.
