So...his tiny majesty was up and at 'em early this morning. He got hell for bellowing at the tippy top of his mighty lungs to wake up good ol' mom yesterday, so this morning he inserted his index finger into my ear. It had the desired effect.
He wanted Play Dough. *mumblegrumble* Mom wanted coffee. The kid got the stooopid Play Dough, but i have yet to have my coffee.
So...i sat my caffeine deprived body, with the painful ear, down at the table to converse/interact/share my wealth of knowledge with the lil goober. He gave me the green and red play dough, keeping the blue and yellow for his own personal enjoyment. I was prepared to show him how he could roll it out, make a snake, and whatever else would occupy his tiny tush until the coffee was perked.
He wanted nothing to do with rolling the gummy shit. Instead he announced that in Spanish, blue is azure, and yellow is amarillo. Then he looked at me and requested i tell him the spanish names of my colors...red and green.
How in the hell am i supposed to know? And not only that...he is THREE! Three year olds are supposed to splatter play dough on the freaking walls....not use it as an introductory lesson to educate their mommies as to the spanish names of the primary colors.
