Yes dream, IBS does mean that andit is a part of the lovely disorder call Fibromyalgia.

Try having an IBS attack and an opened anal fissure...I am literally crying when I have to shot...dot the O!

In Austin, I only go to gay clubs...funnier that way!  the regular clubs don't have the fun in them (unless my favorite band is playing funk).

i woke up a little early.  My daughter is still sleeping.  She leaves to go home this morning.
 
i have to try to do more walking.  Yesterday i just about collapsed after grocery shopping for an hour.  No stamina at all!  Why do i expect this body to work up to normal capacity?  i'll forget how to walk at this rate.

Things are good fluffy. I'm beat though. It's a really hard job and there's a lot of walking (over 150 steps just to get to one of my classes... ok, I exagerate. Only 75 after I walk around to the back of the building and walk up the steep hill instead of taking the first 75 steps). BUt I like my job a lot. I have a lot of freedom and the other teachers are great! And my students are pretty cool .... I've started a once a week coffee klatch in the morning for informal chat. So that's cool. How's life in your neck of the woods?
