Apart from that not much here....had a good laugh today on placement when I received my feedback from my 3rd direct observation on placement 6 weeks later (only received it as I asked for it, should have received it automatically!!!) reading that my previous manager went off topic big time in her statement about "areas to improve."
She somehow "missed" the point that her feedback is meant to be about the activity I did...not her personal rant about me in general....*huge eye roll*. However, I made that fact clear in my feedback (as I have to respond how I see the feedback received) and in this case she shows her unprofessional side with displaying attitude like that.
If someones swimming skills are meant to be tested, then it doesn't help to write about her cooking instead (to compare it that way).
One more week...then placement will be over...at last [8|] nuff of it now [&o]
