I am trying to keep the angry issues down at the moment. Lets just say it is familial related. Lizard is still asleep. I am banning the mini-book because I refuse to buy a router for my computer system. Finally told mom that I have been having falling situations. She wants me in to see the doctor sometime next week.

Okay, I don't know what is going on with me lately, but, I'm being all 'kiddish' lately. Tonight, it's sloppy joes. Been doing a lot of 'don't want to be a grown up today' things lately. I hope it's a phase that passes quickly. Once in a while is awesome, but it's been like this for almost a week now. I think it's the whole 'comfort food for the soul' thing. I need these simple comforts that I haven't had in many years, but I can't figure out why. It's getting weird. And good Jeff! Get home, much better food and comfier bed. HUG

Pretty standard and boring chocolate chip. They're turning out perfect though. Right size, a little tiny bit crisp outside, but soft and chewy inside, not TOO many chips but just enough. I was surprised too, I had to add extra butter and a tiny bit of water, as the dough started out very dry.

mmmm. i made some similar to that with white choc and macadamia. not the crispy ones that aussies love, but the chewy ones us yanks love. soooo goood. glad to hear you use butter. i only ever use butter in my baking. can't beat it :)
