I am still alive and kicking. Mom is concerned about me...especially when I got up very early this morning. I was trying to open the door(south side) but I was getting no response. I kept rubbing the walls until I hit my bookshelf (eastside). Yes...my face was red... Also had the nieces over last night. Between Mom and I, we lost about 5 pounds chasing them. M(the toddler) was fussy, so we got her to lay down for a bit. Mom got ready for bed and there was M, in the king size bed. She got out of the playpen and was sucking on her bottle. H (the 4yo) was trying to lay down, but she missed her mommy. I was trying to get her asleep at 10:30 last night. Mom came into the living room and took her to the bedroom. She was asleep in 2 minutes. My brother came and pick them up...I think mom needs a vacation from the grandkids. Mom is saying that my behavior is getting weird. I found the neurologist here in town and I will call him Monday Morning.

A sleep-deprivation EEG is when they make you get up at 2am, no caffeine for 24 hours, and get the test done around 4pm. It makes you more susceptible to seizures. Then they flash a lot of lights in your eyes to try to trigger a seizure while the EEG's running. You'd know it if you'd had one! I was ready to wrassle a bear by the time I got out of there. And if I hadn't gone to pee and seen myself in the mirror, those nimrods would've let me walk out the door with my hair gelled into peaks all over my head! quote: ORIGINAL: ShaharThorne Not that I know of. HELP!! Mom is making apple cake...She hides the recipe from me so I would share... GOT IT!!! Fresh Apple Cake 1/4 cup cinamon-sugar mixture 4 apples, chopped small 3 eggs 1cup vegetable oil 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an Bundt or tube pan and coat with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Mix apples, eggs and oil with an electric mixer. Add flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon; mix well. pour into pan and bake about 1 houror until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake in panta least 10 minutes, invert onto a cake plate. Enjoy blowing your diet...

Hi folks, hope everyone is doing well...I felt asleep on the sofa last night and woke up about 11am...by then it was too late to go to bed as then I would have overslept the football match :o) I am finally getting calm and know now how to clear up my dissertation mess during the next week...and more importantly...also start to get my mess here at home cleared up [&:] As I LOVE baking Shahar I do have my apple cake recipes...but nice to hear your effort to get it [;)] At my current living situation I have sadly not the proper space to bake...gosh do I miss that...[&o]

You can add a half cup of cocoa powder to that apple cake recipe you know. And then drip melted chocolate over the top after it comes out of the pan.

Morning all, I think I may have had a whole 4 hours sleep. Rumbles of thunder in the distance all night being answered by the dog growling. So I have to sit with him downstairs with the radio on. I'm dying here.

Good Morning, Everybody! Today is starting out warm, overcast, and breezy. At 77F it's about as warm as they forecast for the day. Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. The dishwasher is running and the vacuuming finished. Now it's time for a walk and the fitness center. Girl company coming this weekend! YAY!
