Status: offline 		I have heard about fisting. Have seen it in the "activities enjoyed" section in these profiles. Ans, as you all know, I'm new to a lot of this...lol. I have the basic idea, but if you were to do that on a frequent basis, wouldn't that basically make you not very pleasureable to your Master? I have two kids, and I do know that the body is kinda flexible, and does tend to regain some of it's former shape. I know that as Masters, you all know more about it than I.

Anyway, she was correct. The vagina is a muscle. You can stretch muscles out. They will always regain their original shape. Plus you can do kegel exercises to even strenghten them faster.

You re-gained elasticity from the kids right? You would regain it once more in time with fisting as well.

Status: offline 		IMX, fisting is mostly about good technique on the part of the top, and the ability to relax and breathe through the intensity on the part of the bottom. It gets easier with practice not because you get "bigger", but because you both improve your skills.

Oh, and kegels, kegels, kegels.....those are important muscles to have good control over, don't you think?

Status: offline 		I've found that shortly after fisting I'm exceptionally tight and sensitive. A good fisting usually engorges the area for awhile afterward. Extra bonus!

Status: offline 		I see that others have covered the question of whether it permanently alters how tight you might be. I think that the bigger question is why do it at all. I guess some people just like the thrill of being able to get something that big "up there", kind of the everest of fucking, I guess. For some women, it is the most reliable way for them to experience female ejaculation. Another risk that you should be aware of, is that it is not unheard of for it to cause a woman to go into contractions. I have known more than one dominant that got bones in hand or wrist broken when that happened. Those muscles, when called into action, are amazingly strong. I have heard that this happens more with women who have had children than with those who have not (sense memory, maybe)? But I don't know that for sure.

Status: offline 		I can't say that I have ever done long-term fisting...for several reasons. Main reason is that my hand would get really fricken' tired.

I had thought, when I first got involved with fisting, that any sex afterwards would be similiar to copulating with a jar of warm water. Fortunately...I was wrong. I found that the vagina actually felt tighter after a fisting.

I haven't met anyone (yet) that does daily fistings, but I suppose that overdoing it could have some long term effects.

For me, personally, it's got very little to do with "getting something that big up there". I've been fisted by some pretty damned tiny hands (and some not so tiny ones, but that was a lot more work for both of us).

The attraction, for me, is the intensity of the experience. That has much more to do with a combination of the physical sensations and the mental focus, for me. It's just a really really intense activity, imx.

Of course, the physical sensations are pretty damned great all on their own too. The feeling of being completely "filled" is pretty wild, and so many parts of the vagina being stimulated at once can be damned near overwhelming. A hand can do a lot more manipulating once inside than a cock or a toy can, generally.

The challenge of it is a small piece of the entire puzzle. And, while I certainly get off on a challenge (its one of my primary fetishes), with fisting that's not really the angle I'm coming from. If i spent too much energy focusing on the challenge, I tend to end up defeating myself. I get goal oriented and forget to enjoy the process. If I'm not enjoying the process it's not going anywhere. I have to be incredibly stimulated and "hot" to be successfully fisted, but if I'm busy worrying about triumphing over the obstacles then that's not going to happen. I had to actively work on NOT getting so goal oriented (and it wasn't easy for someone as Type A as I am!).

And some "masters" might find the whole idea of someone else fisting their "slave" regularly to be totally hot.

Status: offline 		Continually fisting I think would ruin it for both parties. Part of the enjoyment comes fromt he rarity of it. if you get used to it then it kind of loses its thrill. for me at least. IMHO
