Without hearing it in a form of a sentence of the one you heard this term from, my guess would be a list that you are own in becomeing a possible sub for someone. A prospect so to speak. Think of the phrase "take a number"
Someone has some type of interest in you. However, other people can use this term in many ways. It's not a one diffinition word as in can apply to various situations and groups. After all, I've heard the term used at concerts and movies. So is your term of "Ticket List" being applied to the vanilla world or BDSM life style? That can help many of us answer your question more effeciently. As to it being used in a BDSM book/story or not is something that I don't recall but I'll do some research for you unless someone else pops up an answer before I do. The wkend is approaching and I'm sure you'll have a few more oppinions and answers by Monday.
