hi Dnomyar!! nice to see You.... i agree that people on BOTH sides of the fence Doms Dommes and subs and slaves need to step out and do a bit of pursuing! its unreal that some people think.. well they have to come to me! its a two way street here and sometimes encouragement and a show of interest is nice! sitting back waiting gets one nothing but a huge rear end! and alot of alone time!!

No one is getting out alive. that really made me laugh! - ,,, anyway, like everyone says - youve got to remain positive and proactive. it does get tiresome and every now and again we get people posting things like 'is there hope' 'am i wasting my time' - and its always a resounding NO, from the inmates here. if its what you really really want, then its worth putting on your shinniest smile and pazzazzing yourself all over the damn place... have fun, cos there is someone out there you havent met yet...[sm=popcorn.gif]

In social settings where people are welcomed and encouraged they feel wanted. But when they are ignored and discouraged they feel unwanted. Online in any setting involving sex, even gay sex, most men will be unwanted. That is because most men are not attractive. Youth is generally attractive. Being in shape and beautiful is attractive. Being older, average and male is not attractive in and of itself. It's not the kind of thing where you can show up, announce your arrival and be greeted with purring desire. Without that instant sex appeal you have to work at it by providing some other kind of reward to people who spend time with you. One thing that helps is to use the letter w a lot in your forum posts and emails, but don't be obvious about it. And drink heavily any time it becomes painful to face the fact you are forever on the sidelines watching hot people have plenty of kinky sex.

Well, Ray, sounds like us old folks will just have to stagger off into the sunset together! OP, I have met lots of great folks on this site, reconnected with old friends, and made new ones. Yes, the soundtrack to my life was written by Morrissey, and I am discouraged much of the time. Big deal, welcome to the world. No point in complaining when we are all in the same situation, right?

I think you just show some of who you are, if anyone is interested fine, if not, have some fun. I've did audio entries on journals (as well as long posts in which I ramble on in a self indulgent manner ). Why ... Because I can [:)] I just try and let some of me come through. I don't pose (I am sarcastic .. sorry), I don't try and be part of some imaginary world (god, living in this one is enough for me), I don't expect all the lovely ladies to swoon over what I say or write. Just relax and be yourself. What the hell do you have to lose.
