As some people know, I'm a big fan of (among many others) the Food Network. I had tried making things from ribeyes, to pasta, and even to exotic asian dishes. So, why not mix two things which I love?

While sitting here, cutting softly into a tender, thick slice of sesame crusted ahi tuna, I was wondering: does anyone get turned on by food? As in, does a specific food, dessert or something remind you of the kinky lifestlye? I don't really find food to be an aphrodisiac, but I do find that a nice, thick medium-rare steak or a nicely seared tuna is quite beautiful.

So Mistresses, any specific types of food that either turn you on, or you prefer to eat before engaging in some kinky fun?

Can't say that food itself turns me on, but meals can be very sensual, or even snacking, especially when using my subby as a dinner plate!
My favorite things ( that are normally considered food ) for playing with are: fresh fruit, whipped cream, and chocolate.
Feeding my subby something delectable, in tiny morsels...when he is bound....allowing him only tiny bites of something he would normally devour...or letting him lick my lips after tasting something scrumptious....
OK....going to the fidge now!

I'm not a foodie by any means...but I have something of a weakness for whipped cream on erogenous zones. :)

I should've mentioned strawberries! I think strawberries are flat out the sexiest food there is.

Libby and I have done a number of things with food.

One regular event when we lived in Boston was what we called The Elegant Orgy. We would invite eight of our friends over. Usually, the same eight. Two loved serving so they would do the serving. Everyone wore fetish or erotic wear. The settings were silk tablecloth, silver settings, crystal and fine china. Libby is a wonderful cook so things like rack of lamb were regularly on the menu. Between courses, we'd have some light play, after which everyone returned to the table for the next course.

Another activity was based on a restaurant I visited whenever I was in Bangkok. Called the No-Hands Restaurant, it featured almost naked women who would literally put the food in the customer's mouths. We copied the idea with both submissives feeding dominants and dominants feeding submissives. It was amazing how the same act could be made to be either a service or a teasing/reward.

Another restaurant in Germany provided the inspiration for our "blindfolded dinners." In the original, the rooms are completely blacked out and the wait staff is drawn from blind people. While we have two kinky, blind friends, neither was interested so we modified the concept with sighted servers and blindfolded diners. The German restaurant was a model of decorum, but our dinners are a bit more.... relaxed.

I wish we could post pictures here. For Libby's birthday, we had one of our play partners decorated by a professional caterer who is also in the scene. All of the guest were invited to sample with only one rule: no hands or utensils, lips and tongues only.

I recall (don't remember where) but it was in a movie or perhaps it was CSI? In any event, it showed a naked woman, tastefully positioned to cover her "private" parts. Then, a group of people sat around this human sculpture with pieces of sushi placed all aroud her body. She just laid there, while people ate sushi off of her flawless, bare skin, while they jabbered away about business and the like.

I was wondering, (i'm pretty sure this happens) but has anyone actually tried this before?
