Seriously, don't buy that crud.
As a general rule, the more processed something is the worse it is for you.  And as close to natural as can be the better it is.

I substitute chicken for fish in a lot of things. They seem to work out ok. Just make sure your chicken get cooked enough.

I've got lots of tried and true recipes...AND a slow-cooker, which makes it seem like I'm not really cooking at all, sometimes.

Came in on this late and this is a Fast Reply.

After seeing the Dish Ingredients I can only say one thing.

Chicken takes 3 times as long to cook as Fish does. Remember this because you don't want your chicken raw. You may want to Poach the Chicken first before you make your Glaze, or you can Grill the chicken first

Or if you want to get all Hottie Tottie you can try to Braze the Chicken and the Glaze together.

I cooked it for 25 mins and it was not only cooked all the way but some of the glaze had started to burn a tiny bit. It was good. I didn't use lime or cummin, but it was awsome anyway. And its juice was awsome on a baked potato with sourcream
