Over...I don't turn lights on when I get up, and finding the end when it's under in the dark is a total pain in the ass...no pun intended. You roll and roll and roll, the end just keeps rolling by! As for you cat owners....be glad your cat doesn't know KB....not only does he know what to do with the TP whether it's under OR over, but he's taught the other two how to make snow too! (Today's useless trivia....a single 1000 sheet roll of scott tissue will make a 4' snow drift in a 6x9 bathroom!)

my mother insisted that it had to be under so we would use less...therefore, over is the only way i'll have it now...... hmmmm...do i need more therapy?

Do what i do and use a washlette; which is like a bidet. Water is the universal solvent and for a hairy rear end, it is soo much easier. The Toto model i have has a built in blow dryer.
