How distinctly pleasing to find a choice of applicants for the PA thingy.

Clearly this needs careful thought - detailed CVs first of course with explanations of how suitable, what expectations, what ideas for improvement, experience to date etc. Then <sighs> it'd have to be trial periods. I know, a real bummer for me because each trial would have to be long enough to be meaningful and to allow each candidate to demonstrate her special qualities. But sheesh - I'd force myself to find the time I guess.

Anyone needs the job spec, let me know.
