i don't know where to go for this info. i checked all different forums and the last one TEST doesn't answer questions and apparently neither does the collarme support. so here is the dumb questions i have. could someone tell me what the Ticket List is and where on earth are those avatar libraries located. Thank You

Dear Swt- 'ticket list' is an (unused, as far as I know) admin feature for tracking issues or complaints. for the avatars, go to 'my profile' (Just above 'ticket list' on this page) and scroll down to where it says 'click to choose avatars' - but don't check it, click on the text- the libary files shold pop up. The tickets are actually checked regularly. You simply have to click the TicketList link in the top right hand corner. The tickets are used to report posts. Now if you have a question, you are welcome to email [email protected]. You can also email any moderator. Just do a search for Moderator on the other side and voilà. You might want to see when a Moderator has been online last as some of us go on hiatus sometimes. Or then again, you can just check out the FAQ. Hope this helps, Mod7
