I happened upon my profile and noticed it specified that I weigh 440 lbs. WTH!?!?!?

So I checked my settings and I had stated that I weighed 200 KG instead of 200 POUNDS.

I checked the LBS box and instantly dropped 240 pounds!

And they say weight loss isn't easy....

Not too long ago I had a 135 pound malignant growth removed. Its name was Laura... Doctors arent the only ones who can excise tumours from your life, god bless lawyers!

Seriously, many women do have a far harder time with weight loss; it's hormonal, I think.

Weight loss isn't just "calories in, calories out", for some.

Keep up the good work, don't backslide...

Diet, exercise and paying particular attention to conversion equivalent checkboxes should help with your maintenance plans.

men can create muscle easier than women...creating muscle burns the fat. muscle=testosterone. yes women have testosterone but not near as much as men.
