KCM My dad and I looked over the offer causeI wanted to get one and he and I decided that pp's visa rips you off in terms of how much percentage and interest you'd have to pay. And I am not looking to make purchasesI am looking to be paid for things I made.

Which in that case I would still be charged a certain percentage fee by pay pal.

if you don't accept credit card payments, but instead direct transfers from bank accounts linked to paypal, you don't have to pay any percentage fee from buyers. you don't have to have a paypal credit card to use paypal. they will link to your bank account and/or credit cards, but so long as you don't ACCEPT credit card payments, paypal is free to use. you can PAY using a credit card and not be charged any fee either. but once you accept payment from another using a credit card, they will charge you a fee. i don't know if the credit card spoken of above would cover those fees or not.

Actually, FP, the PayPal Visa card is a debit card that you transfer money to on your own. It's a debit card that allows you to purchase both online, and offline. There is no APR. My husband uses it for almost all of his purchases, and we get back 1.5%.

KMC The pay pal visa that pp or ebay was offering didn't have the charge to just hold it, but it's interest rates should you not pay it all on time wa shigher than most other credit cards around, and it wasn't as good a deal as other CC's so no there's no APR. Hlwever they do charge you if you have to hold a balance. And The amount they charged was way higher than a normal CC
