Actually, the one I remember best from that genre had two giant ape-like creatures battling it out, one brown & one green . .. But, on the theory that 3 heads are better than 1, I'll go with King Ghidorah . . . . More Buffy: Willow & Oz, or Willow & Tara? (We're geek-festing now . . .. [;)] )

War of the Gargantuas, good memory! now for yours, I am stumped (rare) Oz was such a delightful character but Seth was not easy on the eyes and I get the shits with werewolves. Flipside: Tara was a good plot widget and Willow was less Nilla with her, BUT(T) the actress SHAT ME OFF (think think thunk) the Q starts with Willow so SHE is the reral focus of the query, thus, she was more interesting with Tara, thus TARA on a BAD Drac night, Frank Langella or one of te Hammer Horror no - names that replaced Christopher Lee?
