Nope, intersexed isn't a deal breaker.  I've got an intersexed friend who I would drag into bed in a heartbeat.  I'd even let her top me for a night if that's what it took (she's a Domme and fetish model).  Sadly, we're "just friends."  *sigh*

That's ok.  I'm not much of a sub.  As in, I don't know how to be one.  I just can't wrap my head around it...does not compute.  I'd probably end up trying to top from below or something equally obnoxious.

By deal breakers do you mean those things that would bring to a grinding halt something that seemed to be otherwise perfect? Well, if so, then we're already past the ones that break the deal in emails or online before we ever get to a first meet so.... one deal that "broke" was a guy that just had some weird, kinda creepy mannerisms when I met him. Just couldn't get past it.  Another was a guy who came across as really arrogant and pompous when I met him in person. It was not something I caught in our online interactions.

Do any of you out there, Dom(me) or sub I suppose, have "deal brakers" in your initial communicatons with a potential partner?  What I mean is Is there something that a contact says or does that immediately negates the possibility of further contact with you?

Absolutely. I have several.
Smoking is a deal breaker. I am allergic, and there is no way it would work.
Being involved with someone else (poly or vanilla and cheating) is a deal breaker. I do not like to share my sub or slave's attention with others.
Making demands of me for when I scene with you is a deal breaker. This is something that we might discuss later, but if you bring it up right away I know where your head is and I dont like it.
Wanting, mentioning or requesting a threesome, regardless of the gender of the third party, is a deal breaker.
Finding a way to turn every conversation to yourself, one upmanship and being generally selfcentered is definately a deal breaker
Trying to make yourself look more inteligent than you are by using big words, but using them incorrectly is a huge pet peeve and a deal breaker, as is emailing me in or (egads) SPEAKING in netspeak.

Thats includes people saying things like IMHO, IDK and LOL or ROTFL in an actual conversation.
I got used to it with the gamer guys I hung around with, but it is a huge pet peeve especially if you are trying to impress me

I have a hard time taking any correspondence seriously that has one or two letters of every three letter word missing.  How hard is it to type out you?  I wonder if the writer's approach toward their sex life is as badly abbreviated.  Though I wouldn't call it a deal breaker, it is unlikely to engage my interest enough to get a response let alone a first meeting.

Oh.  My.  God.  You don't even save syllables by doing that!  I'm turning in my Nerdosity Merit Badge first thing in the morning.  I am unworthy.

I love you.  Really.  This is such an economical way to express my dismay with inattention to writing.  And funny.

Hmm...I actually do this so I can't complain about it too much.  However, it's usually when I'm trying not to swear in front of nearby UMs.  I wouldn't want my UMs to hear "what the fuck?" or "oh my fucking god!" from a random, passing stranger at the mall so I'll sometimes use net speak when I'm out in public.

Well, I'm just a nazi about the written word. I don't like chat speak or a horrible amount of incorrectly spelled words. UGH, and capitalization and punctuation. I need people to use their brains! ...Or for Moon's sake, open microsoft word.

Please, PLEASE know how to spell, "write me back harlot" if you are going to actually say it...

"Wright me bakc harlut"

Can't you just say Sainmhíniú or something?  I mean, I'd rather be rolling on the floor laughing, or laughing out loud, than abbreviating anything.

Cut and paste mass mailed form letters that begin with, "Dear Sir or Madame, I would love to be your ___________."

Oh!  The RECYCLED cut and pasted mass mail.  If you are going to claim to be writing something "new and original" don't RESEND it to the same person every week.  Seriously!  (Glares all menacingly)

I can swear in three languages.

But things like "whatthefuckever" don't translate well.  Easier to abbreviate with WTF if I want to avoid full on profanity.

My dealbreakers resemble those of DVs rather a lot!
* Smoker (asthmatic here)
* Heavy drinker of alcohol, coffee (can't stand the smell) or taker of non-prescribed drugs
* Self-centredness, selfishness, greediness, hogging the conversation
* Being demanding of what they want Me to do to them
* Someone whose submission is solely attached to a particular fetish
* Someone who wants Me to force them to do things
* Someone who wants a bitch Domme
* Someone who wants to be verbally humiliated all the time
* People who can't string a sentence together
* People who hate being corrected when they do something wrong

That's about it I think!
