Just as a note for anyone considering anything of this nature. Legally, at least in the US, a person cannot consent to be murdered. In other words, if someone asks you to kill him, signs a permission contract, etc., and you do it, you can still be prosecuted for murder. I know the OP was about a pretend-execution (and yes, I agree, the method described is extremely unsafe) which is another thing entirely. All I can say is I hope your partner is someone you can trust completely -- not only their intentions but their competence....
