According to the epicture tag I found this is his name, konstantin ochepkov. His stuff is kind of black and white bondage photography, almost surreal. The tag also has Art of Bondage as the series title. any help locating this would be greatly appreicated

there is a man out of austin texas that shows at the huge conventions but I don't know his name he does very high grade stuff excellant work
