They are bad ass in a big way. I'm told platform are very comfortable to walk in. My ex partner used to walk in 7" heels with platforms no problem. I'm not sure how easy these bad boys would be though.
No one seems to know where you get them made. Someone told me that la pizza.com may do them.
As for thigh highs that fit at the top. I think girls are so differant that you have to either be really lucky and buy some off the peg that fit straight away or you have to go for custom made. There is nothing worse that flappt thigh highs lol
