Vegetarian-that-eats-fishies.

Anyone know what the heck the proper term is?

Any of you vegetarians? Vegans? Meat eaters that shun veggie-heads?

I don't really eat too much of the red meat in general, so going veg-edge isn't hurting me too bad. I just love nigiri salmon too much to give it up.

Hopin' to get back in shape and be healthy.

Not really looking forward to checking if something has "beef broth" in it. How lame is that?[8|]

I don't know what the proper term is but wanted to say good luck to you.

The only way I could give up red meat is if they said I had a 50/50, or better, chance of dying by taking one more bite of it. Give me a nice juicy rare steak, a salad, and a good red wine and I am a happyyyyyyyyyy girl. Just don't forget the dark chocolate for dessert.....

Pescetarian or pesco-vegetarian.
 
I was a vegetarian for almost 3 years. Now, I'm almost soley a carnivore.

I'm omnivorous, but on occasion I nibble the fish that dares not be named.

I also choke chickens when no one's looking.

I was veggie for a couple of years. Gave up due to little sausages in beans calling to me..... num num num

i dont eat much meat ...mostly chicken...hamburgers...and once a month ill have steak.  if i eat fish it will be shrimp.  wait...is pizza considered meat? [8|]

Now, don't get me wrong. I LOVE me some steak, but, I can honestly live without it. I'm a happy camper with clams, oysters, crab, salmon, mussels... Mmm.
And, livin' on my own, well, steak isn't something I'm going to see all too often. And, when we choose to eat out, it's always sushi bars.

I ate an all vegan meal last night. Now, THOSE tacos were delicious. [;)]

Aloha.  Even tho these fish tacos are probably NOT what Lumis prefers, a fresh Ono or MahiMahi taco is da kine.  But I also like the ones Lumis likes.  Other than that, moderation in all things including moderation.  Some of the skinniest and unhealthy people I've met are strict vegans.  Think I'll have a great slice of rare prime rib tonight...unless the restaurant has some fresh fish.

I definitely know plenty of those unhealthy vegan types.
I'd never be comfortable being that skinny, either. [:'(]

And being a vegan is expensive, I don't care who you are. Vegan cream cheese is 2.87 at the coffee shop, where regular is .50 cents. Ridiculous.

*SNERK* Sarah, I think you're better off not giving up on anything, or, at least, not thinking about what you would give up. I bet you are HUNGRY now.
