I think if this happened, nearly every single human being alive would have a big old non removable sign forever plastered on their head. Hypocracy is easy to spot in others, nowhere near so easy to see in ourselves. When it's pointed out to us, we tend to justify it, proclaim why it isn't really hypocracy. I've spent 53 years attempting to root it out of myself. I have never, and I suspect I shall never, completely succeed. It is, I think, nearly inimical to the human condition. So, you don't like your mother because she's a back-stabbing racist. These are indeed, unattractive, albeit quite widespread human qualities. So, whose garage is it that you and your partner are living in?
