I am all for parties!!   Can Erin and Twice come, too?  Because I am not fat enough.

My parents are doing well, thanks OS...  shook up more than anything, thank goodness.  Dad insists he didn't SEE the freakin deer!!  I told him he better STFU and let mom talk when they go to court over the ticket.  Jeez.

Umm, hello all, and Happy Thanksgiving to you!
I've been lurking for a bit, but I wanted to come out and introduce myself. I'm Reyn, a collared 24/7 bottom heavy switch (geeze, i still can't say that without feeling fat >.< ). I live in the Metro Detroit area, and I've been dying to attend munches and parties around here, but Master works nights, so I decided to use the internet to try to get to know people nearby, for the time being.

PUPPIES!!!!!  LOVE THEM!!!!!

I especially love them in OTHER PEOPLE'S HOUSES lol.    Enjoy your time in Puppy Hell, and share PICS of the adorableness!

Sigh.  Yesterday when I was at the pet supply procuring for the parrot, I HAD to go look at the guinea pigs.  There was a DOZEN of them!  They were BEAUTEOUS!!  Dad made me leave, of course, he knew perfectly well that I would have parked my ass in the aisle until the store closed.  I am in NO way ready for a new piggen, and won't be for a long time, but peeeeeeeeeeeeeegz!!

Yes puppies are soooooooo adorable! I can almost smell that sweet puppy breath!

LadyH, we were at the pet store recently too. Sir wants a really big fish tank. I love that idea too. Well, while we were looking at all the fishies he spotted something else he has to have. Red, white and blue crabs!!! They are called Patriot crabs. Now I am all into pets and all but....these are not cuddly looking creatures with their big bug eyes and their sharp pointy claws. I just hope he doesn't get any ideas about them claws!!!!

PATRIOT crabs!!  Are they all pretty like Harlequin shrimp?  I would love a saltwater tank, but am not into maintaining a saltwater tank.  Someday a little anemone-clownfish one, perhaps.

Claws?  That sweet, adorable man, interested in CLAWS?  Never.  At least, not claws that he has no control over.

The Patriot crabs are little freshwater creatures. I have to admit, they are kind of comical in the way they move around. I'm just worried about them climbing out. Wouldn't want to accidently find one at 3 am with a full bladder...lol.

The fish tank he wants to do will be salt water. He used to have a huge tank before he moved here and he misses it. I know they are a lot of work but the fish tank will be his baby. Pretty good considering I get the 280 lbs total of Labrador to take care of! Oh yeah....and the parrot is pretty much considered my ball park too. Sir is not too fond of his sharp beak and threatens him about eating his little drumsticks. (I won't tell you how often I catch him sneaking him out of his cage and talking baby talk to him though....that might destroy his domly image)

Ummmm....I don't know. I've always been a bird person and have had several parrots that I've cared for over time. Friends will bring their birds if they are going on vacation and what not. I've raised and rehab-ed hundreds of wild birds. The one we have now is not a big parrot....just a Quaker. Due to limited space it's really all we can deal with here. But he's my cute wittle baby bird...lol. His name is Limerick. Actually I'm pretty sure we will be picking up another once we get settled in the new house....maybe an African Gray. Sir wants a Macaw but I'm not sure my ears can take it.

They really are totally adorable. I can't imagine any other pet that would give you more character per ounce...lol. It's a big decision because of their longevity. I've talked it over with my kids because if we do get a new one I want a baby to hand raise....so that means it will outlive me and my kids will inherit him. This is actually my first Quaker and I have to tell you that he keeps me in stitches. Sir recently taught him how to snore. He swears it was me that taught him....or Tank the oversized Labrador...but I am sure it was him. He's only just over a year old now but his vocabulary is amazing.

Master has been wanting a puppy for awhile, but our landlord said no.   I guess for now we'll have to settle my my kitten and his two pet rats.
Does anyone else get pissed off when random people, even if they have the right to, try to tell your Master/Mistress what to do?

What random person has the right to tell anyone what to do??  Unless you count say, a police officer as a random person...
