Status: offline 		I am looking to buy a custom designed and handmade aluminum chainmail collar.  I am very particular as to what I want, so the cost is not quite as much an issue as the craftsmanship.  Matching cuffs will also be needed.  Below is the basic design I would like, X is aluminum chain and O is Bronze or Brass and 0 is the same but with an inserted stone in kelly green.

Forgive the crudeness of the design as my ASCII artwork is obviously shitty.  But the idea is the bronze/brass rings would almost appear to be an extension of the jawbone vertically on the collar on either side of the windpipe, the Kelly Green stones forming a zig zag down those stripes.  The center would contain a Celtic Cross of silver.  On the center back would be a larger ring for a leash attachment, preferably large enough to allow for two latches.  Hopefully this entire image appears as clear to you as it does in my head.  If not and you are willing to work with me to understand it, let me know.

orpheus company.  I was working with him on something a while back...But had a family problem and had to cancel...I've saved everything and intend to finish it myself...you should go look.
Oh he was working on a keyless hidden lock for me at that time.

Status: offline 		A friend of mine does chain mail jewelry. I'm sure she could make your design. I'll ask her but I'll need to know measurements and what you'd want for a clasp. Also, the size of the rings.

Status: offline 		I don't know much about the size of the ring, but I can direct you to a rough picture of what I want, so that should help.  As for a size, her neck is 15 1/2 inches.  The clasp?  I was not aware there were different types, tbh.  I do know once the collar goes on, it will not be coming off much.  Needs to be somewhat sturdy, however, as it will be used in sceneplay with the leash occasionally.

With unsoldered rings, I'm not sure how well that would work out.

I'll try calling my friend again to see if I can catch her. The last couple times I have called, I got her voicemail.

Status: offline 		I do chainmaile myself and if i can add a few suggestions.  Aluminum is cheap but not sturdy.  the rings can be bent open if tugged on hard enough.  bronze and brass can tarnish and turn the skin green.  just things to think about.
Stainless steel is my favorite metal to use and wear.


if she is alergic to metal you can use titanium.  Expensive and super stong and typically great for people with sensitive skin, allergies, etc.

Status: offline 		There is a company that sells supplies and also does custom work in most any metal and they do welded work as well.  Its not known so much as a BDSM site, but they will likely be willing to work with you.  They also do anodized metals with a huge color selection.
