Master has bought me a fancy necklace, an everyday necklace, and a bracelet. All sliver. I wear those in place of my rather noticible black leather and steel ringed collar.

I do not wear a necklace or a collar-like item.  I know i'm collared and don't need something to remind me.  We're always together so we remind each other.

While i was collared i was told to wear it at all times, with a few exceptions we discussed. It is by no means discreet, but fortunately i live in a city with all kinds of people. It's made of two layers of leather with solid stainless steel rivits holding them together, and tri-ring holding a large o-ring in the front. Many people don't even notice it, in fact i'd say i got more compliments than anything. At first i was very nervous about wearing in public, now i miss it horribly.

My last collar was a chain made of silver that was bought from Things Remembered.  It was a bracelet that the latch had been removed and replaced with a silver lock with two sets of keys.  One for myself to keep the bracelet clean.  The second key was placed on a necklace that my Mistress wore.  We decided on a bracelet instead of a necklace or traditional collar so it did not get in the way or become entagled with the play collar.  The bracelet also had a tag that had Her nickname for myself engraved in it.

I currently don't wear a collar but when I did I had a traditional collar that was made of snake skin, a custom silver collar that broke into 2 bracelets, as well as several necklaces to be worn for more formal occassions of when it was to humid for snake skin.

I have a very strong and visceral reaction to a simple black velvet one with a small ivory locket hung an inch or two below the throat.

DV gave me a lovely polished steel collar on my trip out .. its heavy and solid and delicious to wear. Everyday I wear a very plain silver choker ... my parents gave it to me when I turned 18 .. and I adore it .. both of them have great emotional value for me .. and I hope for Sir also

one that gets my right in the sweet spot though is a heavy black leather collar I got for myself about 4 years ago .. I wear it for play .. everytime I put it on .. bits of me go goey

I wear an ownership collar 24/7, except when I shower; because it's handmade and leather, it won't withstand constant moisture so I remove it and return it before I leave the bathroom.(yes, I realize it should be bolted directly to my neck, but he doesn't dig the Frankenstein look ;)

To me and him, it's a collar in all respects - apparently it's just some leather necklace to everyone else who wouldn't recognize a collar.

I wear his collar. It's my dress collar, my everyday collar.... but ultimately it is his.

I wear a silver chain necklace that my Mistress adorned my neck with. It has a heart and a cat that hangs down from the heart as a charm that my sister made for me. I absolutly adore it and wear it as much as possiable. My Mistress doesnt want me to wear it 24/7 because I have already had 3 different chains. I sweat quite a bit and tend to be a bit hard on them without realizing it. She is on the hunt for one that I can wear 24/7 that is thicker but still descretely wearable at all times.

Simple black one-inch-wide leather dog collar, 24/7. Not too hot, not TOO discreet, not too obvious, very comfortable now that it's broken in. The only comments I've ever received on it, even at work, were compliments, mostly from people who obviously knew what it meant. Met a scene friend or two that way.
