I too work in a law office, and respectfully disagree with previous advice (although unlike the other poster, I am not qualified to offer a legal opinion, however if he is a lawyer, he is certainly entitled to do so, but I do not intend to do so here, this is only my experience as a lay person = DISCLAIMER). The kind of contract you are seeking is not "legally" worth the paper it is written on, unless of course it is something akin to a "pre-marital, cohabitational agreement". Otherwise, that kind of contract is a "faith in my partner" kinda thing and would have no legal standing in a legal environment (well you could get yourself involved in costly litigation attempting to prove otherwise), other then perhaps as evidence in any criminal proceeding as to the consenuality of any activity. Leaving any reference to BDSM out of the contract, and pursuing a cohabitation agreement dealing with financial and property matters, which even then can be overturned by an appeallant court, everything is subjective and one thing I have been taught.......and know...........is nothing is engraved in stone. It is amazing sometimes what an appeallant Court will find, and trust me you do not want to be paying for making a predicent setting case. Full and Final Releases can be set aside if the circumstances are right. Usual cavaet.........byer beware.
