i just found a bunch of those during some of my free time yesterday sitting at a bus stop on campus. i was pretty sure that we have rules against pamphleting on campus (you can preach on a state run university all you want assuming you have a permit but i didn't think you could actually hand anything out). i guess someone could have just forgotten them but it still struck me as sort of odd.
