If you have to ask here for advice, You dont know enough to be doing them.

Quite so.

Personally I am a fan of asking for information, researching and learning before implementing something new and potentially problematic.

A touch harsh!  I know lots about lots but I know there's lots more to know.

It's always good to ask advice (then you have to decide whether to take it).

If you want to do more than about five or six enemas in a row, try using isotonic saline (the stuff hospitals use) it's cheap and properly balanced to have the same level of electrolytes as the blood. Also after all day enemas the final one should contain some mineral oil (like a 50/50 mix) to replace the natural lubricants that were removed until the body can replace them. I'd say eat some active cultured yogurt after or maybe include a bit in the last enema as well to help restart the natural lifecycle of bacteria in the gut.

Far as holding it goes, its not unhealthy as long as what you are holding will not cause harm. I have made subs hold for 30 and even 60 minutes, but always used saline to do so.

If you plan on making your own saline, the proper concentration is 0.9% salt. But i'd say buy it instead.

I think you are absolutely correct.  I know bondage- and I know sensations and pleasure... but I don't want to harm someone... so I declined...

But I thank everyone for the brilliant advice!
