well...if you become to fat...you could simply put your finger in your belly button for a minute or so and it will blow up the stomache(due to lack of air)...thus losing the fat. thus no need for any surgeries....or diet!

LOL Some of these replies are priceless. To the OP ... No it doesn't move. You just get this fat pooch thing that hangs down below it. The hole gets deeper and deeper though and sometimes things live inside it.
