Are you talking anime or hentai?  Plain anime doesn't interest me.  Make it hentai and throw in some tentacle rape and you have my rapt attention!!

Pretty much anything by Mamoru Oshii or Satoshi Kon I love, other then that I don't watch a whole lot of it though I do read quite a bit of manga.
I tend to prefer Japanese dramas these days.

My favorite anime, is definitely The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya...

Other than that, I suppose I can make an incomplete list of some other good ones (in no particular order)... Azumanga Daioh, Hare + Guu, Kodocha, Death Note, Gundam SEED (and SEED Destiny), Nadesico, Vandread, Lucky Star, Evangelion, Chobits, Excel Saga (and Puni Puni Poemy of course), Kiddy Grade, Read or Die, Trigun, Scrapped Princess, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Ninja Nonsense, Eureka 7, Negima.....

Anyway that's some of the anime I like, heh.

Fnord.

Alright, i'll admit it.  i do, though i haven't seen/read nearly everything out there yet.  And some i probably won't force myself to watch, either.  Like Naruto, or something equally horrendous.    Though i still like InuYasha.  My main source of anime these days seems to be Adult Swim, though they have it moved back so you have to stay up really late to watch it.

Things like Trinity Blood and BloodPlus were interesting.

Spirited Away was a cool movie.  Me like!    Ooh, and i've seen bits and pieces of Kiki's Delivery Service.

anime's like that which have no ending..and more than 26 episodes are generally not worth watching....there is no point to it.  story never ends, if there even is a story to begin with. stuff like bleach, or sailor moon for instance....hundreds of episodes....

i really like the 13 episode series the most.

Oh, i've seen a few episodes of Bleach, too.  Somewhat interesting, but yeah, too many episodes for me to keep up with.

And i think i'll never understand DeathNote, either.

I tend to like stuff that's longer, because when something is good I don't want it to end. =)

But, I do have to admit that sometimes they can get excessive with filler episodes that aren't that great (Or at least aren't nearly as good as the main storyline episodes)... For example, Naruto is pretty good, except for the last like 100 ish episodes, which were all filler... I mean sure I watched them, some of them weren't that bad, but, not nearly as good as the non-filler Naruto... They would have been better off just not making those episodes, and just taking a break for a few years before doing Shippuden.

dreamofthemoon: In order to understand Death Note, you really have to watch it from the beginning.... like most anime (But also, moreso than most anime), it's not something you can just watch a few episodes and really know what's going on.

It's true, but I'm guilty of loving Sailor Moon.
The manga is better though, no filler.

As for others I like, too many to list though a lot have already been mentioned by others. The last one I watched was Steel Angel Kurumi. I like the cute, girlie ones or the dramatic ones. Funny ones (like FLCL and Comic Party which I watched before) are good too though.

Japanese dramas rock!  I miss having those on cable.  As for anime, I am an Inuyasha fan.
I love cartoon in general.  And hentai is nice to log into now and then.
Did you know tentacles have teeth?
ouch.

Really, it depends on the tentacle in question.
