yeah Daddy and I do shop for bargains, like the buy one get two free offers or buy 10 for 10 bucks. My doctor approves of me drinking ocean spray light, course that don't nessisarily mean anything lol. but even so I've just gotten away from buying it, because I have so many other options for drinks, plus honestly it don't last long, 3 glasses* not all at once either* empties almost the entire bottle. What do our taste buds need to be retrained to? I mean unless you're used to junky sugary drinks an use crystal light to avoid the junk? Of course you don't want to replace one fix with another, but it's a mighty damn good way to get tons of water with out realizing it lol. Of course some flavors are worse than others, as far as taste. Like one of the ones I picked tasted just like fruit punch an I hate fruit punch, another I tried was honey lemon green tea and it was just gross. Crystal light for me is a treat, it's enjoyable it tastes good, and it's easily obtained and it's pretty cheap when you buy off brand or depends on where you buy it. quote:

You can add fruit to flavour it. (Hey what about those peaches you mentioned?) And if you add cinnamon along with the fruit you have an added taste dimension, plus the medicinal benefits of cinnamon. :)
