Does anyone know the length of time a CB 3000 can be kept on? Does it just depend on the individual?

You keep it on till you're told to take it off or have permission to take breaks in bewteen baths, cleaning, and such.

I've talked to guys who have worn theirs for months at a time, some even close to a year. It really all depends on how well you take care of yourself and the device.
You need to keep things clean and a little lubricated to avoid sores and infections. You need to learn new sleeping and moving habits to keep things comfortable. For long term wear you need to learn how to keep your prostate healty without orgasms. And for public use you have to learn what you can wear over it to hide it.
Wearing any CB involves a lot more than simply putting it on and closing the lock. You have to work at it. And this is just as true for simpler women's devices.

That is the key factor. The prostate has a physical need to relieve itself regularly. Applying a milking technique along with chastity will ensure that no physical harm will happen. From my understanding, milking at least once a month is recommended.

(a man will notice that in prolonged chastity an occurance of 'wet dreams' this is the prostate relieving itself)
