I think Wallace and Gromit have a perfect D/s relationship. Wallace has a need and although Gromit may think it is stupid, he builds a spaceship to go to the moon for cheese.

Perhaps, but the best darn dog a man could want nonetheless! So he slipped out of the collar and let the automatic trousers walk a leash while he went to the playground; he still figured out the penguin was the chicken.

Could you imagine Wallace with a dog that has no initiative?
