The eggs had no butter or anything on it except a lil garlic salt and a tiny, and I do mean tiny amount of oiliv oil and I don't normally use even those, but today I was told it'd help it come out of the pan better. I let it cook a while broke the yolk on it then turned it over an cooked it some more . And as for the watermelon, Two slices all natural, no nothing on them, eaten just as they were cut.

I'm not eating as much as I should, I'm supposed to eat 3 times a day plus snacks, and it's supposed to be every 3 hours, and I am still only eating about once a day an sometimes not even that, But it's a slow process learning to eat when I should and stuff since I've had years of ignoring that kind of stuff, and only been told 2 weeks ago the new plan :P

for lunch I had a tiny bowl of homemade gravey made from chicken stock and home made veggie soup, and pears canned in very light syrup. I think I am doing pretty well.

YHMA....try this site out, it helps you see track what you've eaten and what your nutritional content is through out the day. it also tracks a lot of other things like calories burned and activity levels, etc....check it out, it's very helpful.

christine, yup, I've seen sites like those before. I usualy hate logging food, for some reason and its totaly unlogical I know last time I tried keeping a mandatory food log it drove me nuts an I felt driven to eat MORE, than I would of. either that or I always try faithfully to do it but then you'd forget that snack you had while at your bf's or the tiny piece of candy you had lol.

I bet though if you logged it there you wouldn't get the potential snarky replies of posting it to a message forrum* lol* All though pretty much no one's been snarky to me except one person. And I just ignored them.

i've always hated logging too, but for some reason i love this site and keeps me on track. it might be worth trying though, nothing ventured nothing gained!

LOL To bad I don't have a s*lave, if I did I could probably make HIM document everything while I sat back and enjoyed the results. I could make him cook too, which would resolve a LOT of the food issues, a non cooker comes into when trying to eat smarter.

YHMA, you might want to look for a thread, I believe it was entitled "Cooking for one" and people responded. You would have some nice nukables with the use of good freezer bags or Tupperware, or even ersatz Tupperware. The freezer is a wonderful thing.

If you get your buying habits right, that helps as well, but that also depends on what you like. But when you freeze a bunch of portions of something you made, you made one mess doing it. This applies to alot of different foods, mainly those that can go in a bowl.

That thread is probably about five or six pages back, but there isno reason it should not be there.
