Actually, this doesn't seem so strange to me. I realize that most who work with Rob have no idea about how to treat him. When he is acting inappropriately, as in showing a bit of a temper tantrum, i've been known to take him into a back room and chew him out royally. He never gets mad at me for doing this, and afterwards he seems to be in a better and happier frame of mind.

I have to agree that it sounds more like Aspergers as well.

I reiterate the need to establish and keep firm boundaries.
