As part of my orgasm denial training i am required to place my genitals in a container of ice water when i feel the urge to come. Will this procedure have any possible harmful effects in the long haul?

melting is a glorious feeling, no matter how it is achieved. i so ache for this...i am to be patient, i know, but still my mind aches for it, and the body is close behind. <heavy sigh>

unless you get frostbite you are safe, it's getting to hot that messes with the human body.

well, it sounds divine. Actually, extreme cold can cause chillblains and capillaries to burst but this would need to be repeated exposure.....emphasis on the repeated X1000

this is more likely with solid ice rather than extrmely cold water and the long term effects are quite negligible...repeated and habitual use might cause sensation to be dulled but.....

I'd just be sure you don't put ice directly against the skin for any length of time.

"this week, i will be mainly doing orgasm denial". the goal is to get me so horny, im begging for it.
Day 5, only one glimmer of my libido, and that was yesterday in the shower, just a brief, 'oh that feels nice' then turned around as im not sposed to be wanking and im not sure if that means to completion, or no wanking full stop?

For me, orgasm denial at day 5 seems to of had a paradoxical effect. Mine is not to question why i guess.
