Activating profile???

Can anyone tell me how to activate my profile? I created a user name, a password, received a "welcome letter" from collarme, acknowledging my user name, but I cannot log in to create a profile, or contact other members. Am I missing a step? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do all that on this side (collarchat) or on the other side (collarme)? Cali

I did all that on the collarme side. Yesterday, for a few minutes I was able to get the selection of boxes along the left side of the screen, which enabled me to create a profile. But, now I cannot log into my profile, or contact support. Can any one contact support for me, and tell them that I would like to be activated. My screen name is perfectdom4u. Thanks to all.

When you try to log in, if it says you don't exist, just try to create the profile again. Cali

Thanks Cali, I know this sounds a bit weird, but I did exactly that, THREE TIMES. And, with the same results. Oh Well...Thanks for all your help. And, if anyone has any other ideas, please let me know.
