Status: offline 		I'm not a breakfast person; so I have an apple 4 days a week, soup on friday. Eggs, Bacon, and Waffles Saturday and Sunday. I have been having the same breakfast for over a year now.

Status: offline 		3 egg omelet with sharp cheddar cheese and chunks of spicey Bob Evans pork sausage.  After precooking the sausage I drained off the grease and wiped out the hot pan with a paper towel.  Then the omelet was butter fried in the cast iron skillet.  Liberal amounts of fresh ground pepper medley and fresh ground sea salt with garlic.  1 piece of dry pan fried toast.  Plus juice and my normal vitamin stack. 

I joined the gym yesterday and my appetite is really through the roof today.  I’m gonna’ have to live on sweet potatoes, tuna, steamed turkey breasts and broccoli if I keep this up.  I look forward to getting back up to 4,500 cals a day!
