Hello. I am not a Domme, but I can tell you from extensive personal experience thank drinking urine is fairly safe. Urine is generally a basically sterile substance. However, like oral sex, it is not a 100% safe activity. So you are taking on some risk. Also, I'd suggest drinking it while fresh as if I'm not mistaken bacteria will break down the urea in urine into ammonia, which you'd rather not be drinking I think.

LOL last night on boondocks they had mentioned a famous rapper was in jail for giving golden showers and the old man who plays grandpa was like hey I want a golden showe, Gold AND showers? what could be better

From my understanding, which is limited, drinking urine makes your kidneys work for two since urine is mostly the waste from what your kidneys filter. i also understand that aside from that it's fairly safe unless there's blood present in it, but i'm neither experienced nor an expert on the subject so don't take my word for it.

it's sterile and safe to drink as long as your partner does not have an infection, or is on medications which are also secreted in urine.
it does have a high salt content so drink a lot of water afterwards, and see if she will drink a lot of water a few hours beforehand to help dilute it.

A dom friend, who happens to be a gastroenterologist, is violently opposed to anyone drinking urine as a BDSM scening pastime -- based on his medical knowledge.

Unless you are in a committed, monogamous, LTR, where you know one another's health issues extremely well, and you have absolutely no qualms about unprotected fluid exchanges, then drinking urine is NOT safe. Keep in mind that there can be microscopic blood particles in urine. Since you're not inspecting urine with a microscope prior to consumption, you could be opening Pandora's Box.

So long as a person is free of disease or infection should be fine as urine is basically a sterile fluid. Just keep in mind a few points-

Drink fresh water afterwards. Urine has a high enough salt content and what your body will want to flush out to drain water out of your system (which is why drinking it in place of water when no water is available will just make things worse just like seawater).
Also urine is basically your bodies blood waste disposal system. There is all sorts of things in there so if the person this urine is coming from recently had an infection/sickness or takes high doses of medicines it might be a good idea to hold off. If the person is healthy then in small amounts you should be fine. Just not to much, you drink it you will be absorbing what has already been filtered from your or the other persons blood stream so in large amounts it wont be a good idea.
And lastly not to be crude...ok probably will be but we are talking about drinking piss here lol. If it is darker that means it has a higher concentration of toxins so adjust the amount based on what was said above. It might be a good idea to have the person drink a large amount of water that should dilute it a bit before it ever leaves the body.

I drink and drunk my mistresses urine since i was in my 18. i can't say how many gallon i had swallowed, but the only effect is to have the mouth bitter the morning after, and a bad breath.....

It's been my experience that many, if not most desires are "hard wired" and are not amenable to rational explanations.

Asking someone to explain the appeal of golden showers, or any other desire for that maater, is likely as useless as asking "why are you straight/gay/lesbian?" There is no explanation...it is what it is.

For me it is rare, but it is the ultimate form of submission and makes it quite clear that my wife is in control and I am hers. If I hesistate she encourages me with her crop.
