That's very cool...I wonder, though, if the kitty would also choose (were she able) to do it again, knowing how much hurt it caused when she died... would you, if I may ask?

Yes. she would.  Pet owners like us don't just take in any stray we see, lol.  And this kitten made it very clear while she was with us just how much she appreciated being part of our family.  It took her a few days to really get settled, but once she did, she treated us to an amazing and unforgettable display of completely unfettered kitten love by jumping back and forth between the two of us to put her paws on either side of our necks and nuzzle with all the gusto and loud happy purring she could get out of that tiny little fur covered body.  She did that for a few minutes and ran off.  She continued to do it regularly at varying intervals until she fell ill.  So yes, if she could make an informed decision, she would have done it again.

Now you are asking if I would subject others to a familial relationship with me if I was going to die soon?  What kind of question is that?  Who is going to answer "No, I want to die all alone thanks."  Would I add someone new to the family if I were going to die?  Yes, absolutely.  It will give those I love and excuse to talk about me to someone, and I think they will need that.

It can hurt, depending on -how- a person is maintaining that skinniness.

You mean like the anorexic twig of a woman in my office that *glares daggers* at me every time I eat something... I am eatin for 2 gosh darn it... I have to consume more then a bag of popcorn for lunch, and for the whole bloody day! ( which incedentaly is her "splurging" lunch. )

I am usualy found with a peice of fruit in my maw.. but my god.. you'd think I was horking down double 1/4 pounders for fucks sake.

As for Weight = Health.... that is total BS.. Twiggy the puker has high blood pressure, high cholosterol, and many many health problems.

I am my big assed Amazon self.. and I have regular to low blood pressure, *low* cholesterol, and I am fairly healthy other then what my loving family passed down ( like migraines.. which twiggy also has)

My thyroid (evil of all evils) packed up and left town when I had my son. I eat light, mostly veggies and fruit.... but eh.

Go figure.

I eat healthier then 90% of folks anywhere.

If you have a prefferance fine.. but do not message people or bug them saying you'd be prettier "if" also no need to get snarky.. I have seen it time and again. Find a person you find attractive.. and talk to them. Leave the others kindly alone.

Any one can be healthy or un healthy at just about any weight unless it is hugely in one direction or another I believe.

Gwyn

Hmmmm, I prefer a thick woman....definitely let's me know I am dealing with a WOMAN, not a 27 yr old and up who looks like an adolescent with over-sized tits. *shrugs* It's just the brotha in me, LMAO.

LOL...  That's one of the first questions I asked Daddy, "Why do all the brothas like plus-sized women?"  His reply was, "We love the type of women we grew up with.  Ever looked at a lot of our moms and aunts?  Great cooks, strong women, ample sized... it's what we learned to love."

Hell, I don't care what the reason is.  Daddy loves my plushy-ness and that's really all that matters.

That's so funny, Gwyn!  One of our old posting buddies (Tamer) was also a dj for an online kink radio station.  He and I were IM'ing during his show once and I said that Daddy never had to worry about missing my ass because it was a big enough target to swing at.  Next thing I know, he was dedicating that song to "that redheaded wench with the bouncing booty"... LOL.  That just sent me into the giggles.

Ah, bless his heart...good old Freddie. I still consider "Fat-Bottomed Girls" to be my themesong. Well, that and "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-a-lot. All in all though I consider myself to be an equal-opportunity fucker for the most part, LOL.

Ice cream doesn't walk away deeply hurt if you say its flavor is gross.

I think thats the difference, here. I want someone who is capable of having some compassion towards others.

I really prefer some muscle tone and padding in the butt and thighs.  This is both for the aesthetic reasons, I like a nice ass on both men and women and purely practical ones.  I tend to attract hard core masochists (often former military men) and really don't want to break any more canes.

And one other thing, a great ass massage can be downright orgasmic for some people.  I'm just saying...

In reply to Maxwell:  If we really were going to reject a potential partner for health issues, most men over 50 would get rejected due to untreated or untreatable ED.  For some reason, ED is never spoken of openly here that I can see.  I guess it's ingrained from an early age in most people, particularly women, that it beyond cruel to ever, ever say anything remotely critical of a cock.

We'd take stds f**king seriously, and would not exchange bodily fluids with anyone who couldn't prove to our satisfaction that they are really, truely free of disease.  Statistically, we know -- whoosh -- there goes a full 20% or so of all of us, just for having herpes.  Hell, most people cannot even NAME all the f**king stds flying around this country.

Those of us interested in 'long term relatinships' would insist on a battery of tests that would reveal such things as whether the tested person was inevitabily going to come down with Hogkins' Disease.  Don't want to get stuck as a care-giver to someone in a vegetative state, after all.

We'd probably also reject those who, for whatever reason are at high risk for anything serious, including cancer, diabetes, alzheimer's, and heart disease.

Those of us interested in having a family with our potential mate -- or as one Dom so charmingly puts it -- 'looking for a breeder' -- would insist on some evidence of fertility in the other.  Many people are going to be very unhappily surprised to find they are highly unlikely to reproduce.

On and on it goes...and where would it end?

IMO, we'd end up rejecting ~everyone~ but hey, that's JMO.

The preference for women being a voluptuous is common in Latino and Italian cultures too.  Check out the curves on Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, Sophia Loren, Monica Belucci, and Maria Cucinotta.

Too true Vendaval. Have you all ever browsed any of the Spanish Channels on cable? OMG, many of the women on there make J-Lo look like she's plain-jane. Who cares that I can only catch snippets of what they're saying. Eye Candy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about Eva Mendez or my all time favorite Catherine Zeta-Jones. While she is a little more on the slender side....that woman would get it in a heartbeat!

Checking the manual....

How to judge if a woman is attractive or not...

1. Ugliness is only a light switch away.
2. No woman is unattractive when you dick is in her mouth.
3. If the above rules do not apply, drink another 6 pack and reevaluate.

Just my thoughts,
Thadius

*snort*....loved this!  As someone who is described as "chubby" to "fat", personally, I could care less what someone thinks of me based upon my looks.  Yes, it would be great if I could lose weight, however, my medical issues make it tough to do so.  I have finally hit upon a program, but I am still happy with who I am.  I've never wanted for sexual company, and have some very good friends who know that I am more than just a number on a machine.

Personal preferences are going to be there, I just don't get upset when they don't match mine.  Life's too short!

One of the cutest responses I have heard from a man about plump women is that "she is just more naked" because there is a bit more of her.
