Hi everyone!  This is my very first post and I really wouldn't even post now but for the fact that I really need some advice here.
Everyone knows about the need for safe sex. I am engaging in sexual activities with a new girlfriend and for now I feel condoms would be the best idea.  Personally, I despise wearing a condom because of the way it feels.  I don't know if other Gentlemen feel this way, but most of the condoms I have tried come very close to entirely removing the sensation of feel from the glans penis thus depriving it of stimulation.  The wonderful sensation of those "nearly-out then slammed home" strokes are gone.  The feel of her wetness is gone.  It is fucking tragic.
My question is: Is there a such thing as a TRULY thinner condom designed especially with the male's sexual pleasure in mind?  I would pay nearly any price if I just knew where to find them!  If anyone knows PLEASE let me know?  This situation is about to drive me nuts from not being completely satisfied sexually....

Have you tried putting a couple of drops of lube inside the condom?

Also, have you tried other than non-standard shape condoms?  Visit sites like http://secure.condomania.com/ and try out some of the variety in options.

Actually yes, and it only felt like I was inside a slippery rubber.  We have been trying the major brands one would find in the pharmacy, but I am convincd there must be somewhere some sort of 'designer' type, higher end condom with extra sensitivity.  At ANY cost, it would be well worth feeling like it was all bare back.

wow, Miss Rumpus!!  We love that site you sent!!  we are ordering several different kinds (and shapes, lol).  Hopefully one of these will feel like bareback.

Go on a shopping expedition to an "Adult Store".  You will usually find a large glass case at the counter with a variety of condoms and lube.

~Fast Reply~

Have you tried lambskin? It won't work for STIs but it will prevent a baby. Costs more but I hear it feels much better. We are fluid bonded but we've considered buying them just to see what it's like. BTW, be careful with the female condoms. They are less effective because the user failure rate is higher. If you use them properly they are great, just make sure you do!

i've used the lambskin ones before, and it was MUCH nicer than the latex ones.  more of a ability to feel, a better slide in and out...much like bareback with an uncircumcised gentleman, to be honest.

1) both get STD panels done...
2) make it exclusive
3) get a vasectomy.

(...and if you break up? You can wait until you've done panels on whomever new comes into your life.)

One of the problems with latex condoms is that they do not transmit body heat very well...
that is why lambskin feels better.
You could also try the Avanti.
