As a submissive and also a Massage Therapy Instructor I have had to educate others on endangerment sites. I have luckily been with Dominants who did care about my physical wellbeing but yet were still in the dark about what sites should be approached with care. You would think that Dominants would know these things but often many don't.Also here on these boards are sometimes many just getting into this lifestyle and creative expression. I thought it would be a good idea for me to post an easy to follow chart of endangerment sites. These endangerment/ sites  should be met with caution. No forceful blows at these sites and generally stay away from arteries, veins and joints.

Thanks for the chart.  Looks like some doms better work on their aim, that doesn't leave much for targets.

Very good post. As well some don't know, that it's endangerment zones, so to speak, on the body and can cause great harm. I am going to pass this along to some subs and Dommes/Doms as well.

Alot of these sites are caution sites . This means you can flog lightly just not forcefully. So its not that the only pace you can touch is the glute's, just tread lightly in these areas.
